Implemented schematic design concepts into construction documents. Designed and illustrated construction and architectural details for projects. Resolved daily contract administration issues through client meetings, site visits, and telephone calls. Maintained and upgraded the office's graphic standards. Supervised and trained project members in construction drawing graphics using Datacad R10. Collaborated on new marketing schemes. Interviewed and hired new personnel.
