Licensed in Colorado, Virginia, and Massachusetts, Marcus Hanlon has built a diverse portfolio ranging from small residential renovations to large, multi-million-dollar custom homes.  His commercial experience includes adaptive reuse projects, renovations, and ground-up developments, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the built environment across scales and sectors.

Based in Fairplay, the firm will serve a broad geographic region, including Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs, and extending west to Vail and Salida.
